  1. Advance Payment (30%):

    • The 30% advance payment made upon signup is non-refundable.
    • This payment secures your project’s initiation, resource allocation, and initial planning.

  2. Payment Milestones:

    • Second Installment (35%): Paid upon demo delivery. Refunds for this installment will only be considered if the project cannot progress due to unforeseen circumstances caused by us.
    • Final Installment (35%): Paid before the project goes live. If issues arise at this stage, refund requests will be reviewed and discussed case-by-case, based on the project’s status and our mutual agreement.

  3. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will not be granted for work already completed or delivered.
    • Any disputes regarding payments will be resolved through discussion to ensure fair outcomes for both parties.

  4. Project Cancellation:

    • If the project is canceled by the client after the demo stage, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
    • If the project is canceled by us, refunds for payments beyond the initial 30% advance will be determined based on the project’s progress.
